QUESTION TO WUSV – 23/09/2009
Here in Great Britain we have TWO WUSV member clubs, I have been
informed that the WUSV meeting on the 31st August 2009 have agreed a
policy that in future, in those countries with TWO WUSV member
clubs, they must make sure the BEST TEAM is selected to take part in
the WUSV World Championships.
This is very important in Great Britain, and I would ask if this is
indeed now WUSV policy, and if you could give me the exact wording
of the WUSV policy.
ANSWER FROM WUSV – 29/09/2009
On the meeting on the 31st of August 2009 the WUSV general assembly
has talked about this matter and has made not decision.
This matter has to be discussed in the WUSV meeting of working dog
character on 12. Oktober 2009 in Krefeld and maybe decided on the
next meeting of the WUSV general assembly in Nürnberg 2010.
It is planned, that
-
one team per
one country and
-
if a country
has two clubs they have to make a competition to find the best
which can take part on the world championship.

QUESTION TO WUSV – 22/09/2010
can you please clarify the following:
Does this mean there must be ONE competition which both Clubs
members compete and the best are selected?
OR
Each Club may have their own competition and chose the best from
their own competition to join the best of the other Clubs
competition to form the WUSV Team?
Note:
even if this means that one clubs successful team members have
scores much worse than the unsuccessful competitors of the other
clubs competition?
ANSWER FROM WUSV – 23/09/2010
This means there must be one competition which both Clubs members
compete and the best are selected.
Please note:
I have the correspondence to fully support the accuracy of the above
